Reusable Filter
The Barisieur uses a stainless steel reusable filter which uses a micro-mesh to filter out any micro particles in the coffee to get a clean, bold cup.
Ground Coffee or Tea
When brewing ground coffee with the filter, we recommend using a coarseness in-between espresso and filter coffee. The steel filter runs faster than your average filter paper, so the grinds should be finer.
Immersion Barisieur Brewing
If you want, you can swap the Filter & Funnel out for the Brew Chamber if you would like a bolder brew, especially when brewing loose leaf tea.
